Orchestra is a Suite of software products divided into different modules, designed and developed with the aim of implementing an analysis and management tool which could be exhaustive, scalable and transversal.

MODULES

Armonya

Armonya is the WMS – Warehouse Management System – software able to manage the warehouse. It rules the goods flows, tracking their status changes along the supply chain.

Rytmo

Rytmo is the software module dedicated to automatic warehouses. It rules the flow of loading units – boxes/pallets – during their movements on different automatic machines, such as conveyors and traslo, optimizing the storage processes as well as the preparation and shipment of goods.

Sinfonya

Sinfonya is our ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning – inhouse developed software, essential for an integrated company management conveying all the company activities into one system.

Bit

Our module “Bit” is a softawre dedicated to the product label creation. It enables the creation of customized label layouts composed by unique code, to track the loading unit, and cleartext data to identify the goods.

Trigger

Our module Trigger is a S.C.A.D.A. – Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition – that is a module dedicated to record the machines data, informs about any anomaly by means of customized alerts and allows the analysis of process parameters.

Pat

Our module Pat is dedicated to the performance indicators, proposed as a graphical interface representing the plant KPIs– Key Performance Indicators – allowing the analysis of those data required and then perform any corrective strategy.
